I've added a new column - Rank - this is the rank I am in this distance or time category. Bear in mind that I am not trying to race here. I am doing the rowing with a heart rate monitor and the idea is to keep me within the aerobic zone. For me currently that is HR 121-158. What used to burn me out on the erg was doing sprints and rowing the way I used to row in college. 25-30Strokes per minute, averaging 2:00-2:10/500m. Well that kind of workout becomes almost all anaerobic and you can't do more than 20 minutes without killing yourself. So this rank thing is just a curiousity factor for me. For example my earlier 6k was harder for me and I came in 249/251 So I've actually bumped up to rankings. - Think I can me in the upper 100s by end of this challenge?

I've made a discovery. Unless I can find an erg (rowing machine) while I am in Wisconsin I have to finish this challenge on the 20th. This means that I have 20 days to make 200K Yikes! So my new target per day is 10-12k 50-70minutes a day. So therefore OnTarget is ((10k/day * #ofDays) - TotalMeters)
